That’s right, it’s GRASS! The previous owners put down sod, but it didn’t come in very good along the north side of this fence. My secret formula solved the problem… Shady area grass seed (it’s special, just for shady areas!), lots of fertilizer, and lots of water… and here we have it! This whole strip looked brown before. I’ll keep watering it, and soon I will have nice lawn here!
